Terms and Conditions for the Arctic Eco-Sno “Winter Season Countdown Giveaway 2025”
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Winter Season Countdown Giveaway 2025 (“Giveaway”). By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Terms, which Arctic Eco-Sno Limited (“Arctic Eco-Sno”) reserves the right to amend at its discretion.
1. Eligibility
Age Restriction: The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Residency: Entrants must be residents of regions where Arctic Eco-Sno ships products. Refer to our Shipping Policy for eligible regions.
Exclusions: Employees of Arctic Eco-Sno, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate or win.
2. Entry Requirements
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Entry Method: Participants must follow the instructions on Arctic Eco-Sno’s official social media channels (Instagram and/or TikTok).
Compliance: Entries must comply with the platform’s promotional and community guidelines. Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or appear fraudulent.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 10 November 2025 and ends on 14 November 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
Verification: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to verify eligibility, including social media follow status or email subscription, before awarding prizes.
Regulatory Compliance: This Giveaway will be conducted in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and all applicable promotional regulations.
3. Prizes
Prizes for the Giveaway include:
• 1 x SunGod 1% for the Planet Charity Edition Goggles (approx. retail value £134)
• 1 x Garmin Forerunner 55’ GPS Watch (approx. retail value £180)
• 1 x £150 (or AUS $300 equivalent) Arctic Eco-Sno E-Gift Voucher
• 3 x Arctic Eco-Sno Base Layer Sets (Existing collection) (approx. retail value £140 per set)
• 1 x Arctic Eco-Sno Base Layer Set (New collection) (approx. retail value £140)
Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any taxes, duties, or local levies arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
Third-Party Product Disclaimer:
The SunGod and Garmin prizes are third-party products not manufactured, supplied, sponsored, or endorsed by Arctic Eco-Sno. Arctic Eco-Sno provides these prizes on an “as-is” basis and disclaims all warranties relating to them, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, and fitness for purpose. All warranty, safety, and performance matters remain the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer or supplier.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries and notified via email on Sunday 16 November 2025.
Claim Deadline: Winners must respond within 14 days to confirm acceptance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Liability Disclaimer
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno, its affiliates, employees, and agents from all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, technical failures, unauthorised access, or data errors, and late, lost, or misdirected entries due to system issues.
Arctic Eco-Sno makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prizes. In no event shall Arctic Eco-Sno’s total aggregate liability exceed the retail value of the prize actually awarded to the claimant.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
7. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Garmin, or SunGod. By entering, participants release these platforms and third-party manufacturers from all liability in connection with the Giveaway.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Arctic Eco-Sno permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and any content submitted (e.g., tagged photos) for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation. Participants retain ownership of any submitted content but grant Arctic Eco-Sno a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such materials for promotional purposes.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Arctic Eco-Sno’s Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery and administration. Data will be used solely for administration and communication related to the Giveaway and retained only as long as necessary.
10. Force Majeure
Arctic Eco-Sno shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, network failures, or actions of third parties.
11. General Conditions
Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
