HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We understand that mistakes happen. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of order placement.
For non-peak periods, we may accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis even after the 24-hour window. However, please note that changes may delay the dispatch time.
Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

To correct the situation, we will send you the correct product promptly.
