We currently ship and deliver Arctic Eco-Sno orders across Australia, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
United Kingdom

We send all orders via Royal Mail. The estimated shipping time is 1-5 business days.

Australia

We send all orders using Australia Post as our domestic courier. The estimated shipping time is 2-10 business days.

New Zealand

For Australia Post Standard the estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days.

USA & Canada

We send all orders using Royal Mail or DHL, please refer shipping times in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Europe

Please refer to the shipping time in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Due to the effects of COVID-19 Pandemic, we may experience shipping and delivery delays and changes.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We’re so sorry to hear that – and we’ll work with you to rectify the issue.

If you haven’t received your order, please contact the team at Info@arcticecosno.com so that we can immediately investigate into this issue.

Please include your order number in the email so that we can look into this as quick as possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery address.

We recommend contacting the team immediately at Info@arcticecosno.com upon realising that the address may be wrong with your order.

If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

As your order is processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be challenging to rectify.

We recommend contacting the team immediately at Info@arcticecosno.com upon realising that something may be wrong with your order.

We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

We’re so sorry to hear that – and we’ll work with you to rectify the issue.

If you have received the incorrect order, we will have the right product sent to you promptly.

To return the incorrect product, we will send you shipping documents to attach to the package and will arrange for our courier to collect the package at a time that suits you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Arctic Eco-Sno is fully committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction!

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a store credit with no expiration date.

RETURN CRITERIA

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements MUST be met:

~ Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.

~ The return item must be sent back and received by Arctic Eco-Sno within 100 days of the delivery date.

~ The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. This includes, but does not limit to marks or stains (including makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant etc) and does not have any fluff, pet hair and must be free of odour.

~ The item must have the original tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging and original condition.

~ The item was not purchased in a sale or as a discounted item.

Please Note: If the above requirements are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept your return.

Shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged products are the responsibility of the customer. Additional fees may apply if the returned item has been visibly worn.

Please Note:

~ Sale items are not eligible for returns.

~ We do not offer refunds on non faulty items.

~ All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

RETURN PROCESS

Upon receiving your return, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your request.

Store Credit / Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the store credit or approved refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. If you received a free gift with your purchase and want to hold on to it, no problem, we will just deduct the value from your store credit or refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size then please follow the same process for a return for your original item. If approved, we will resend the item that you would like.

If for any reason there is a fault with your item please let us know straight away and we'll organise a replacement where required. 

SALE ITEMS EXCLUSIONS

Sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchase from our sale section, items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY Sales, and our BOXING DAY Sales.

If you have purchased using a discount code, your item is still eligible for returns - as long as you have met all our other returns requirements.

AFTERPAY/ CLEARPAY/ KLARNA RETURNS

Please be advised that the returns process is the same as outlined above. When a store credit is issued, your AfterPay/ Clearpay/ Klarna payment plan will continue.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHO DO I CONTACT?

We’re so sorry to hear that - Shipping damage is frustrating but we’re here to help!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@arcticecosno.com.

We will need a description of the damages and photos of the damaged items/packaging.

This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future.

Replacements will be promptly arranged and immediately shipped to you.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, Afterpay & Klarna.

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Our discount codes and promotional offers have an expiration date, and this may be the reason that your discount code isn’t working.

As we run promotions and sales from time to time, our discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to your cart.

SIZING & FABRIC

WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT SIZING INFORMATION?

It is so important to us that your new product fits perfectly!

As our product sizing varies for the different styles, please refer to the Sizing Chart tab for each product, or contact the team at Info@arcticecosno.com for all help with sizing.

Unless otherwise specified sizing is in cm and is taken with the item lying flat.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF XYZ FABRIC?

We need to care for our planet and one important step is to care for our belongings. Please refer to the Care Instructions label provided with each product.
