WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer shipping and delivery services for orders across United Kingdom, Australia, the United States of America, Canada and Europe. We are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
United Kingdom

We send all orders via Royal Mail or Evri. The estimated shipping time is 1-5 business days.

Australia

We send all orders using Australia Post as our domestic courier. The estimated shipping time is 2-10 business days.

New Zealand

For Australia Post Standard the estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days.

USA & Canada

We send all orders using Royal Mail or DHL, please refer shipping times in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Europe

Please refer to the shipping time in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Important: All orders from Arctic Eco-Sno are shipped from the UK. Please note that:

Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination.

We strongly recommend pre-checking customs fees with your local office before placing an order.

• Customs notifications are managed by your local postal authority. Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for ensuring you are notified of pending customs payments.

• Returns due to unpaid customs fees will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

To help us resolve the matter faster, please include your order number in the email. This will allow us to address your concerns more efficiently.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, there's a chance we can accommodate a change to the delivery address.

If your order is already in transit, please note that there may be additional freight charges associated with modifying the delivery address.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We understand that mistakes happen. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.

For non-peak periods, we may accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis even after the 24-hour window. However, please note that changes may delay the dispatch time.

Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

We’re truly sorry to hear that you’ve received the incorrect products, and we’re committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

To correct the situation, we will send you the correct product promptly.

For returning the incorrect product, we will provide you with the necessary shipping documents to attach to the package. Our courier will then arrange to collect the package at a time that suits you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer refunds or store credit (with no expiration for exchanges), subject to the conditions provided in our Returns Policy.

RETURN CRITERIA
To process your return, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Timeframe for Returns
Returns must be received by Arctic Eco-Sno within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, which means:
• Unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
• Free from marks, stains (e.g., makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant), pet hair, odour, or fluff.
• Accompanied by original tags, packaging, and documentation.

Exclusions
Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for returns (see "Sale Items Exclusions" below for more details).
Important: Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted. Any items sent back that are ineligible for return will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

SALE ITEMS EXCLUSIONS
Sale items and/or those purchased during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are not eligible for returns, unless:
• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case UK consumer law entitles you to a refund, replacement, or repair.
Discount Code Purchases: Items bought with a discount code may be eligible for return if all return criteria are met.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged items.
Additional fees may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Once you receive the form, fill it out and include it with your return package.

Use a tracked postal service and retain your tracking details, as Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for lost parcels.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHO DO I CONTACT?

We’re very sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit - shipping damage is frustrating, but we’re here to assist you!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@arcticecosno.com.

To help us resolve the issue, we’ll need a description of the damage along with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

This information is valuable in helping us improve our packaging and prevent similar issues in the future.

We will arrange for a replacement to be promptly shipped to you.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED GOES ON SALES SHORTLY AFTER?

We do not offer price adjustments. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is final.

Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing cannot be applied to previous orders.

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Our discount codes and promotional offers have an expiration date, which could be the reason your discount code isn't working.

Additionally, as we run promotions and sales periodically, certain discount codes and offers may not be applicable to your cart.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE DURING SITE WIDE SALES?

During our site-wide sales, all other discount codes will be temporarily inactive to ensure everyone can enjoy the best available pricing. Once the sale period concludes, any previously valid discount codes will be reactivated for future purchases.

Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in centimetres (cm) and is measured with the item lying flat.
