All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer shipping and delivery services for orders across United Kingdom, Australia, the United States of America, Canada and Europe. We are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
United Kingdom

We send all orders via Royal Mail or Evri. The estimated shipping time is 1-5 business days.

Australia

We send all orders using Australia Post as our domestic courier. The estimated shipping time is 2-10 business days.

New Zealand

For Australia Post Standard the estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days.

USA & Canada

We send all orders using Royal Mail or DHL, please refer shipping times in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Europe

Please refer to the shipping time in the checkout most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Due to the effects of COVID-19 Pandemic, we may experience shipping and delivery delays and changes.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We provide free shipping as well as flat-rate options, depending on your region. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country. For shipments to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe, you could be subject to customs fees. WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, there's a chance we can accommodate a change to the delivery address.

If your order is already in transit, please note that there may be additional freight charges associated with modifying the delivery address.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

We’re truly sorry to hear that you’ve received the incorrect products, and we’re committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

To correct the situation, we will send you the correct product promptly.

For returning the incorrect product, we will provide you with the necessary shipping documents to attach to the package. Our courier will then arrange to collect the package at a time that suits you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Arctic Eco-Sno is fully committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction!

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a refund or store credit with no expiration date for exchanges.

RETURN CRITERIA

In order for us to accept your return, the following requirements MUST be met:

• Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.

• The return item must be sent back and received by Arctic Eco-Sno within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, marks or stains (including makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant, etc.), and must be free of fluff, pet hair, and odour.

• The item must have the original tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging and original condition.

• The item was not purchased in a sale or as a discounted item.

Please Note: If the above requirements are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept your return.

Arctic Eco-Sno was founded with a firm belief in delivering products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations. We've gone the extra mile by rigorously testing our products to ensure top-tier performance, and we have complete confidence that our products will deliver superior comfort and support, no matter the terrain or weather conditions you encounter.

Our dedication to maintaining high standards is resolute, and we back it up with a Lifetime Warranty across all our collections. This means that any issues related to materials and workmanship of the product are our responsibility, and we will repair or replace the item as needed.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear, like scuffs, scratches, abrasions, or faded colours. Nevertheless, we are always here to assist you in revitalising your product.

Shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged products are the responsibility of the customer. Additional fees may apply if the returned item has been visibly worn.

Please Note:

• Sale items are not eligible for returns.

• We do not offer refunds on non-faulty items.

• All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

RETURN PROCESS

Upon receiving your return, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your request.

Store Credit / Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the store credit or approved refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. If you received a free gift with your purchase and want to hold on to it, no problem, we will just deduct the value from your store credit or refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size, then please follow the same process for a return for your original item. If approved, we will resend the item that you would like.

If for any reason there is a fault with your item, please let us know straight away, and we'll organise a replacement where required.

SALE ITEMS EXCLUSIONS

Sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchased from our sale section, items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY Sales, and our BOXING DAY Sales).

If you have purchased using a discount code, your item is still eligible for returns - as long as you have met all our other returns requirements.

AFTERPAY/ CLEARPAY/ KLARNA RETURNS

Please be advised that the returns process is the same as outlined above. When a store credit is issued, your AfterPay/ Clearpay/ Klarna payment plan will continue.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHO DO I CONTACT?

We’re very sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit - shipping damage is frustrating, but we’re here to assist you!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@arcticecosno.com.

To help us resolve the issue, we’ll need a description of the damage along with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

This information is valuable in helping us improve our packaging and prevent similar issues in the future.

We will arrange for a replacement to be promptly shipped to you.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED GOES ON SALES SHORTLY AFTER?

We do not offer price adjustments. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is final.

Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing cannot be applied to previous orders.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE DURING SITE WIDE SALES?
