Lifetime Warranty

Effective for products purchased on or after April 1, 2024, our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Products Arriving Damaged: Report any damage within 2 weeks of delivery with photo evidence.

Exclusions from the Warranty:

  • Neglect or Improper Care: Scuffs, scratches, abrasions, fading, or damage caused by neglect.
  • Improper Use or Storage: Damage due to exposure to chemicals (e.g., solvents, sunscreen, hair spray).
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Once marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, the order is considered complete.
  • Incorrect Fit or Sizing: Please ensure you select the correct size before purchase.

Important Information

  • Proof of Purchase Required: Returns must include proof of purchase and be sent to the original point of purchase. Shipping fees may apply.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.
  • Warranty Decision: We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is covered under the warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email info@arcticecosno.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo documentation of the defect.
  3. Resolution: If the product is deemed defective, we will provide a replacement or return instructions.
    • Please Note: The warranty provides for replacement only. Refunds are not available if the 30-day return period has expired or if the product has been used.
