Lifetime Warranty

Effective for products purchased from April 1, 2024, onward, our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues due to faulty materials or workmanship.

• Products Arriving Damaged: Report any damage within 2 weeks of delivery with photo evidence.

Exclusions from the Warranty:

• Damages from Neglect or Improper Care: Includes scuffs, scratches, abrasions, or fading.

• Damage from Improper Use or Storage: Such as exposure to chemicals (e.g., solvents, sunscreen, hair spray).

• Lost or Stolen Items: After delivery. If a shipping carrier has marked the shipment as "Delivered," the order is considered complete. We reserve the right to decide if your damage is covered under our warranty.

• Incorrect Fit or Sizing: Ensure you select the correct size before purchase.

Important Information:

• Proof of Purchase Required: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and sent to the original point of purchase. Shipping fees may apply.

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.

• Warranty Decision: We reserve the right to determine if damage is covered under our warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Us: Email info@arcticecosno.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."

2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Attach photo documentation showing the defect.

3. Resolution: If the product is deemed defective, you will receive a replacement or return instructions. Please note that this warranty provides for replacement only; refunds are not available if the 30-day return period has expired or the product has been used.
