Lifetime Warranty

We back all Arctic Eco-Sno base layers with a Lifetime Warranty.
If your base layers ever shows a defect in materials or workmanship during its reasonable lifetime, we’ll repair or replace it - simply and fairly.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects: issues caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

  • Products arriving damaged: please report any shipping damage within two weeks of delivery and include clear photos.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (including scuffs, fading, pilling, or abrasion).
  • Damage from improper care, washing, or storage.
  • Exposure to chemicals such as solvents, sunscreen, or sprays.
  • Lost or stolen items once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Incorrect sizing or fit issues: please refer to our size guide before purchase.
  • Sale items (covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects only).

This warranty applies for the expected lifetime of the product under normal use. “Lifetime” refers to the practical life of the item not the lifetime of the purchaser.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email support@arcticecosno.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo documentation of the defect.
  3. Resolution: If the product is deemed defective, we will provide a replacement

Please Note: The warranty provides for replacement only. Refunds are not available if the 30-day return period has expired or if the product has been used.

Note: The Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased on or after April 1, 2024. Products purchased before this date were covered by our previous 100-Day Guarantee.
