All duties and tariffs for US orders are included in the order price, and no additional charges are payable on delivery.
New Zealand

Canada

Shipping Delays, Lost or Damaged Items
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
While Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or events beyond our control, we will assist where possible in resolving issues relating to lost or damaged shipments.

Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, and import regulations vary by destination.

Duties and taxes are included on orders up to €150.
Orders over €150 will incur import VAT, payable on delivery.
Depending on the destination country and product classification, customs duties may also apply. -
United States:
All duties and tariffs are included - no additional charges on delivery. -
Canada:

Other international destinations:
Import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs notifications are managed by local postal authorities. Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for missed notifications or unpaid customs charges.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of customs-related delays or refusals.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To amend or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
During non-peak periods, we may accommodate requests after this window on a case-by-case basis; however, this may delay dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Shipping Delays During Peak Periods
During peak periods (such as product launches or seasonal sales), dispatch and delivery times may take an additional 3-5 working days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to avoid delays.
