1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all community members who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Shipping Locations: Only residents of regions where Arctic Eco-Sno currently ships are eligible to enter. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a full list of eligible locations. Entries from participants outside these shipping regions will not be considered.

Employees of Arctic Eco-Sno and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter.

Entry Requirements: All eligible community members subscribed to the Arctic Eco-Sno email newsletter will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

Entries that do not fulfill all entry requirements or violate the Instagram Community Guidelines will be disqualified.

Entry Period: The entry period begins on 26 October 2024 and ends on 6 December 2024 at 11:59 PM GST. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

Verification: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to verify subscription status to confirm eligibility.

3. Prizes

£250 Arctic Eco-Sno e-gift voucher (subject to applicable conditions or expiration); and

Vallon Heron Mountain Glasses.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If necessary, Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Winner Announcement and Claim

The winner will be announced on 7 December 2024 via email.

The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes.
