These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the New Year's Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Terms, which Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to amend at its discretion.

Eligibility

Age Restriction: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Residency: Entrants must be residents of regions where Arctic Eco-Sno currently ships products. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a complete list of eligible regions. Entries from participants outside these shipping regions will not be considered.

Exclusions: Employees of Arctic Eco-Sno, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate or win.

Entry Requirements

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.

Entry Method: Eligible participants must follow the instructions as shared on Arctic Eco-Sno’s official Instagram page.

Compliance: Entries that do not fulfill all entry requirements or that violate the Community Guidelines of Instagram and/or TikTok will be disqualified. This Giveaway must comply with all applicable Instagram and TikTok promotional guidelines. Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to amend these Terms to align with such policies.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 22 December 2024 and ends on 19 January 2025 at 12pm (midday GMT). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Verification: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to verify eligibility criteria, including email subscription or social media follow status, prior to awarding any prize.

Prizes

Prize(s): The prizes for this Giveaway include:

• £500 Arctic Eco-Sno e-gift voucher

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other goods.

• Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable.

Taxes: Any applicable taxes or duties on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

Winner Announcement and Claim

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected and notified via the email address or social media handle provided during entry on 19 January 2025 at 12pm (midday GMT).

Prize Claim Deadline: Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prizes, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Verification: Winners must provide proof of eligibility, including identification and any other requested information, to claim their prize upon request.

Liability Disclaimer

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno and its affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes.

Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or data corruption.

• Late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.

• Typographical, printing, or other errors in the administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Terms, or prize distribution.

• Any failure of third-party services used in conjunction with the Giveaway (e.g., email platforms, social media platforms).

Platform and Third-Party Disclaimer

Social Media Disclaimer: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or TikTok. By entering, participants release these platforms from any liability related to the Giveaway.

Third-Party Products: Any third-party brands or prizes mentioned are not sponsors of this Giveaway and bear no responsibility for its administration. Any prize-related issues must be directed solely to Arctic Eco-Sno.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical failures, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through email.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant Arctic Eco-Sno permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, or submitted content (e.g., tagged photos) for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation. Participants retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Arctic Eco-Sno a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway.

Data Protection

Usage of Personal Data: Participants’ personal information will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Arctic Eco-Sno's Privacy Policy.

Retention: Data will be retained only as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway and as required by applicable laws.

Force Majeure

Arctic Eco-Sno will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing any obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or acts of third parties.

General Conditions

Disqualification: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour (e.g., spamming, multiple accounts).

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Giveaway and its Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
