RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your Arctic Eco-Sno purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Where possible, we encourage customers to choose exchanges or store credit to help minimise environmental impact.
Important Notice - Bundle & Save & Promotional Periods
Bundle & Save offers run year-round, with enhanced promotions at certain times. During enhanced promotional periods, returns are limited to exchanges or store credit. Outside of these periods, standard return conditions apply.
RETURN CRITERIA
Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch to be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or (where applicable) a refund.
For international orders, we allow a reasonable additional period to account for transit times.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, meaning they are unworn (other than trying on for size), unaltered and returned in original packaging, free from marks, stains, or residue (including makeup, tan, deodorant, moisturiser, food, or drink), and free from pet hair, odours, or excessive fluff.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused. If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to you.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are free of charge once the returned item has been received (return postage is not included).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee availability of alternative sizes or colours at the time your return is processed.
RETURNS FEE
Where refunds are available, a £4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.
Sustainability commitment:
Tree planting and plastic clean-up contributions remain included with every order - even if an item is returned.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
SALE ITEMS, BUNDLES & EXCLUSIONS
Items purchased during enhanced promotional periods are not eligible for refunds.
Bundle & Save purchases are eligible for exchanges or store credit, provided all return criteria are met
Items purchased using discount codes outside of enhanced promotional periods may be eligible for return, subject to return criteria
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Arctic Eco-Sno stands behind the quality of our products. Our Lifetime Warranty ensures coverage for any issues related to materials and workmanship. This includes repairs or replacements as needed.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, abrasions, or faded colours).
- Damage caused by improper care, neglect, or accidents.

RETURN PROCESS
Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Refunds and Store Credit
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
If you received a free gift with your purchase, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit unless returned with the item.
Exchanges
If you would like a different colour or size, follow the return process for your original item. Once approved, we will ship your replacement.
AFTERPAY, CLEARPAY, KLARNA RETURNS
Returns for items purchased via these payment methods follow the standard process. If store credit is issued, your payment plan will remain active.
HOW TO START YOUR RETURN
You can start your return using our returns portal.
Use a tracked postal service and retain your tracking details, as Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for lost parcels.
Note: Return shipping address will be sent to you once your return has been submitted via the returns portal.
RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, the shipping costs (both to and from the sender) will be deducted from any applicable refund. Additional shipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item resent.
