RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit, subject to the conditions provided below. We encourage customers to opt for store credit whenever possible to minimise environmental impact.

RETURN CRITERIA

Should you not be satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for an exchange, full refund, or gift voucher credit.

- Exchanges: All exchanges are free of charge.

- Refunds: Please see the Returns Fee section below for more information on handling fees for refunds.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, the items in your order must meet the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be returned in identical condition to when they were delivered. This means:

- Unworn (except for trying on for size)

- Unaltered and with its original packaging

- Free from marks, stains (e.g., makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant)

- No pet hair, odour, or fluff

Exclusions: Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for returns (see Sale Items Exclusions section below for more details).

Important: If these conditions are not upheld and the item has not been returned due to damage, we reserve the right to investigate the return. If the item is rejected, it will be returned to you.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused. We aim to maintain the highest standard of product quality and want to ensure a fair process for all customers.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are free of charge, provided your order meets the return criteria outlined above.

To arrange a free exchange for a different size or colour, simply contact us at info@arcticecosno.com. Our team will guide you through the process and assist with the exchange.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that the item you want will be available for exchange at the time of placing your original order.

We will do our best to ensure your desired exchange is fulfilled!

RETURNS FEE

If you would like a refund, a small handling fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. This helps us cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking your returned item, as well as payment transaction fees.

We’re proud to say that tree planting & plastic clean up is still included with every order, even if it’s returned. Supporting reforestation & plastic clean up remains part of our commitment to sustainability, regardless of the outcome of your purchase.

Want to avoid return fees?

Exchanges are free – simply contact us to swap sizes or colours.

Choose a gift voucher (store credit) instead of a refund.

As a small, independent brand, these measures help us stay environmentally and financially sustainable while continuing to offer flexible, customer-first service.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged items.
SALE ITEMS EXCLUSIONS

Sale items and/or those purchased during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are not eligible for returns, unless:

The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case UK consumer law entitles you to a refund, replacement, or repair.

Discount Code Purchases: Items bought with a discount code may be eligible for return if all return criteria are met.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Arctic Eco-Sno stands behind the quality of our products. Our Lifetime Warranty ensures coverage for any issues related to materials and workmanship. This includes repairs or replacements as needed.

Warranty Exclusions:

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, abrasions, or faded colours).

- Damage caused by improper care, neglect, or accidents.

RETURN PROCESS

Processing Time

After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit unless returned with the item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour or size, follow the return process for your original item. Once approved, we will ship your replacement.

AFTERPAY, CLEARPAY, KLARNA RETURNS

Returns for items purchased via these payment methods follow the standard process. If store credit is issued, your payment plan will remain active.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

Contact us at Info@arcticecosno.com for a Returns Form. (please include order number & reason for returning when contacting us).

Once you have received the form, fill it out and include it with your return package.

Use a tracked postal service and retain your tracking details, as Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for lost parcels.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, the shipping costs (both to and from the sender) will be deducted from any applicable refund. Additional shipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item resent.
