Arctic Eco-Sno is fully committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction!

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a refund or store credit with no expiration date for exchanges.


In order for us to accept your return, the following requirements MUST be met:

• Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.

• The return item must be sent back and received by Arctic Eco-Sno within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, marks or stains (including makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant, etc.), and must be free of fluff, pet hair, and odour.

• The item must have the original tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging and original condition.

• The item was not purchased in a sale or as a discounted item.

Please Note: If the above requirements are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept your return.

We've gone the extra mile by rigorously testing our products to ensure top-tier performance, and we have complete confidence that our products will deliver superior comfort and support, no matter the terrain or weather conditions you encounter.

Our dedication to maintaining high standards is resolute, and we back it up with a Lifetime Warranty across all our collections. This means that any issues related to materials and workmanship of the product are our responsibility, and we will repair or replace the item as needed.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear, like scuffs, scratches, abrasions, or faded colours. Nevertheless, we are always here to assist you in revitalising your product.

Shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged products are the responsibility of the customer. Additional fees may apply if the returned item has been visibly worn.

Please Note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • We do not offer refunds on non-faulty items.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.


Upon receiving your return, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your request.

Store Credit / Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the store credit or approved refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. If you received a free gift with your purchase and want to hold on to it, no problem, we will just deduct the value from your store credit or refund amount.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size, then please follow the same process for a return for your original item. If approved, we will resend the item that you would like.

If for any reason there is a fault with your item, please let us know straight away, and we'll organise a replacement where required.


Sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchased from our sale section, items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY Sales, and our BOXING DAY Sales).

If you have purchased using a discount code, your item is still eligible for returns - as long as you have met all our other returns requirements.


Please be advised that the returns process is the same as outlined above. When a store credit is issued, your AfterPay/ Clearpay/ Klarna payment plan will continue.

  • If you have fulfilled all the criteria outlined in the returns form, you may proceed to send back your return. Please ensure that you enclose the completed returns form with your package. (The return address can be found on the form).

PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING FOR YOUR RETURNS PARCEL - If your returns package goes missing, this is the fault of the postal service and we will not be held responsible. In the case of your return parcel going missing, we will not be required to provide you with a store credit or exchange.


In the event that you forgot to collect your parcel from the post office within 10 business days from the post office, your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like to receive a refund on an order which has been returned to sender, the refund will be less the shipping costs incurred (to & from). If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a payment to cover standard shipping fees.
