Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition.

By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: Crystal Ski Holidays is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”) a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition. Entrants must have an active Instagram account.

3. How to Enter: Internet access is required to enter. All entries are to be made via Instagram, you need to follow @CrystalHolidays and @Arcticecosno, then tag your friends and comment, each comment counts as an entry. You can share the post to your story for an extra entry. ‘Liking’ of the page does not count as an entry into the competition. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Late, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice

5. Dates: The competition commences on 3rd March 2025 at 17:00pm. The closing date for entries is 10 th March at 11:59pm. The winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator and announced on 11 th March 2025 by 17:00pm on Instagram.

6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

Prize is not transferable, and no alternatives will be offered.

8. Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be informed – via Instagram by no later than 17:00pm on 11th March 2025. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10. Winner’s details: Details of the winner’s name and country of residence will be obtainable after the 11 th March 2025. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

11. General: The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or cancel the competition without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram accepts no liability for this competition.

12. Relevant Law: This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
