Our warehouse team dispatches your orders within 24 hours and packs every order with care in a recycled mailer so it arrives to you safely with the lowest environmental impact possible.

Please Note: Once your order has dispatched from our UK warehouse facility and is in the hands of the courier or postal service, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays, damaged, lost or stolen items. If there is a delay or your order has not been delivered please contact us after the above stated delivery times have passed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. For modifications or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please Note: Any changes made to orders may delay the dispatch time and ultimately slow the order arriving to you.

Multiple Discounts & Discount Codes
