- We pack every order with care and secure your order in a recycled zip lock bag along with packing it in a biodegradable mailer so it arrives to you safely with the lowest environmental impact possible. However, once your order has dispatched from our facility and is in the hands of the courier or postal service, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays, damaged, lost or stolen items.

GETTING IT RIGHT
- It's okay sometimes we all make mistakes, if you notice a mistake after your order is finalised please contact us immediately to update your correct details. Just remember we dispatch within 1-2 business days of order being finalised.
- If you wish to make changes to your order once it has been paid, we can do so until the time of dispatch within reason. Once your order has been dispatched and is on it's way to you, we will not be able to assist with any changes to the order. Please note that any changes made to orders may delay the dispatch time and ultimately slow the order arriving to you.
- Multiple discounts or discount codes cannot be applied to an already discounted sales item or "bundled" product package.

We, “Arctic Eco-Sno” is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
All prices online do not include any of the required custom clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
Under no circumstance will Arctic Eco-Sno accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
