We strongly recommend pre-checking customs fees with your local office before placing an order.
Customs notifications are managed by your local postal authority. Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for ensuring you are notified of pending customs payments.
Returns due to unpaid customs fees will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Customs Refund Policy: Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of unpaid customs fees or customs-related delays. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that all prices exclude customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of order placement.
For non-peak periods, we may accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis even after the 1-hour window. However, please note that changes may delay the dispatch time.
Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
