These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Arctic Eco-Sno Members Giveaway (“Giveaway”).

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms, which Arctic Eco-Sno Limited (“Arctic Eco-Sno”) may update or amend at any time.

1. Eligibility

Age Restriction: The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Residency: Entrants must be residents of regions where Arctic Eco-Sno ships products. Refer to our Shipping Policy for eligible regions.

Exclusions: Employees of Arctic Eco-Sno, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Entry Requirements

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Entry Method: Participants must subscribe to Arctic Eco-Sno’s official newsletter using a valid email address. Existing subscribers are automatically included. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Compliance: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or appear fraudulent.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 17 November 2025 and ends on 25 November 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered. Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to adjust the closing date where necessary.

Verification: Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to verify eligibility, including email subscription status, before awarding prizes.

Regulatory Compliance: This Giveaway will be conducted in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and all applicable promotional regulations.

3. Prizes

Prizes for the Giveaway include:

• 1 x £250 (or AUS $500 equivalent) Arctic Eco-Sno E-Gift Voucher.

Prize Conditions:
Store credit is issued as an e-gift voucher redeemable only at arcticecosno.com.
Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
No change or credit will be given for partially used vouchers.
Any taxes, duties, or local levies arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and notified via email on 27 November 2025.

Claim Deadline: The winner must respond within 14 days to confirm acceptance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from:
• participation in the Giveaway
• technical issues, unauthorised access, or data errors
• acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize

Arctic Eco-Sno makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Giveaway or the prize, beyond those required by law.

In all circumstances, Arctic Eco-Sno’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the store credit awarded.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

6. Indemnity

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arctic Eco-Sno from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Arctic Eco-Sno permission to use their name, initials, or social media handle (if applicable) for winner announcements, without additional compensation.

Participants retain ownership of any submitted content but grant Arctic Eco-Sno a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such materials for promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Arctic Eco-Sno’s Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery and administration. Data will be used solely for administration and communication related to the Giveaway and retained only as long as necessary.

9. Force Majeure

Arctic Eco-Sno shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, network failures, or actions of third parties.

10. General Conditions

Arctic Eco-Sno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
