USA:

Our warehouse team dispatches your orders within 24 hours and packs every order with care in a recycled mailer, ensuring safe delivery with the lowest environmental impact possible.

Once your order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse and handed over to the courier or postal service, Arctic Eco-Sno is not liable for shipping delays, damaged, lost, or stolen items. For any concerns, contact us after the above-stated delivery times have passed.

Returns & Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer refunds or store credit (with no expiration for exchanges), subject to the conditions provided in our Returns Policy.

RETURN CRITERIA

To process your return, the following conditions must be met:

• Proof of Purchase

  A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

• Timeframe for Returns

  Returns must be received by Arctic Eco-Sno within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Item Condition

  Items must be returned in their original condition, which means:

• Unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

• Free from marks, stains (e.g., makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant), pet hair, odour, or fluff.

• Accompanied by original tags, packaging, and documentation.

Exclusions

Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for returns (see "Sale Items Exclusions" below for more details).

Important: Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted. Any items sent back that are ineligible for return will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

SALE ITEMS EXCLUSIONS

Sale items and/or those purchased during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are not eligible for returns, unless:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case UK consumer law entitles you to a refund, replacement, or repair.

• Discount Code Purchases: Items bought with a discount code may be eligible for return if all return criteria are met.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning non-faulty or non-damaged items. Additional fees may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.

Import Duties & Taxes

Important: All orders from Arctic Eco-Sno are shipped from the UK. Please note that:

• Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination.

• We strongly recommend pre-checking customs fees with your local office before placing an order.

• Customs notifications are managed by your local postal authority. Arctic Eco-Sno is not responsible for ensuring you are notified of pending customs payments.

• Returns due to unpaid customs fees will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Customs Refund Policy: Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of unpaid customs fees or customs-related delays. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that all prices exclude customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.

For non-peak periods, we may accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis even after the 24-hour window. However, please note that changes may delay the dispatch time.

Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

Multiple Discounts & Discount Codes

Please Note:

• Multiple discounts or discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted sale items or bundled product packages. This ensures fairness and consistency for all customers.

Shipping Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

Shipping Delays During Peak Periods

During busy periods (e.g., product launches, seasonal sales), shipping times may take an additional 3-5 working days. We will notify you of any significant delays and recommend placing your orders early during these periods.
